SKYDIVE COURSES :: Static Line
STATIC LINE (RAPS)

This is the most popular way to enter the sport of skydiving.
It involves a full day training where you will learn how to
exit the aircraft, how to fly and land your canopy and emergency
drills. You will then be flown up to 3500ft and dispatched
by an instructor. The canopy is opened automatically by the
static line which is connected to the aircraft. Another instructor
on the ground will then talk you down under canopy via a radio
on your harness.
The cost of a 1st static line course is £129* with GUSC, and this includes
transport, 2 nights accommodation at the DZ, training, kit hire,
BPA membership & 3rd party insurance and of course your first
jump!
PROGRESSION – CAT 8
